Cautions in Installation of Faucet

1. Cold and hot water pipes should not be installed in the opposite direction. Generally speaking, the hot water supply pipe is on the left side of the tap and the cold water supply pipe is on the right side. Except for special identification.
2. After installation, remove foamers, sprinklers and other easily blocked accessories, let the water flow out, completely clear the impurities, and then install them back.
3. The tools attached to the tap should be retained for future maintenance.
4. When disassembling and assembling the intake hose, don't wrap the sealing tape, don't use the wrench, just tighten it by hand directly, otherwise it will damage the hose.
5. Don't alter the original installation and design of the faucet without the confirmation of the technical department of Tang Dynasty Sanitary Ware Company.
6. Large shower sprinkler, Tub Shower faucet, etc. belong to wall-hanging faucet. The length of elbow exposed should be determined according to the need, otherwise the elbow exposed the wall too much, affecting the beauty.
7. Install faucets before installing basins, body wash basins, bathtubs as far as possible, but wrap the faucets well to avoid bumping and surface damage.
8. For families with constant temperature faucets or smart toilets, it is strongly recommended to install the pre-filter of Shengshi Tang Dynasty Sanitary Ware Company at the front end of the household, which can filter sand rust, protect health and prolong the service life of the product.
9. For constant temperature taps, the static pressure of cold and hot water supply is recommended to be 3 bar (0.3 MPa) and the minimum water supply pressure is 0.5 bar (0.05 MPa). The pressure difference between hot and cold water supply is not more than 2 bar (0.2 MPa). If the water supply pressure is greater than 5 bar (0.5 MPa), please install pressure relief valve.
10. For constant temperature taps, the temperature range of hot water supply is 50 C-80 C, and the recommended temperature of hot water supply is 65 C.
11. For wall-mounted faucets, if it is necessary to conduct heating and welding, the technical department of Shengshi Tang Dynasty Sanitary Ware Company, or the plastic and rubber parts such as valve cores must be removed first.
12. For wall-mounted faucets, please remove the protective cover when the cleaning is completed.
13. Pipeline threads are selected according to the specifications of valve body, outlet and sprinkler threads indicated in the instructions before installing wall-type faucets.
14. Determine the depth of the faucet embedded in the wall according to the instructions in the manual.
15. Before the wall-mounted faucet is buried in the wall, press to test whether there is leakage in the connecting part, and repair it as needed. Before the pressure test, attention must be paid to flushing the inside of the pipeline and emptying all the air in the pipeline and tap.
